The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I bought a R600 rubbish bin online that took two weeks (!) to reach the store in Sandbaai where I was meant to do a pickup. Ten phone calls later I was told the bin was there, so I drive to the mall to fetch it. I get there and an attendant tells me it's not there. I start insisting it is there. A second assistant reluctantly goes into the back to check and finally brings the bin out. No apology. No explanation.

Sakhamzi Qwabe is the star of this shop. He is always eager to assist everyone and with a smile and respect and goes out of his way to find what you are looking for. I hope management are aware of this and give him the recognition that he deserves. Thank you Sakhamzi you make a difference in the day and life of people. Keep up the good work!!

Exceptionally poor PR and client relations. My wife being treated as if she is a grade R. Extremely sarcastic staff. Uncalled for. Will not support this branch again.

Staff is friendly and the layout of the shop is good. But the selection is not great need a bigger store here especially since there isn't much competition at this mall.

Stock levels low. Had to order online at store. Only when we spoke to manager that online order was best option.

Pretty dysfunctional. I understand that Mr Price isn’t exactly the destination of choice for customer service, but the lack of initiative and overall aloofness of staff is pretty annoying. Mr Price may want to offer more training, foster a better service culture or perhaps just pay employees better.
