I have always shopped at PNA New Redruth and for the first time I received bad customer service. I will be sending the incident details to PNA head office so that they can investigate! I am very disappointed!!!

Very clean and organized. Didn't have what I was looking for. Didn't offer to order it or see if any of their other branches have. But in all honesty it was back to school shopping week.

What an incredible team! Thank you for making the first big school stationery 'shopping' experience for my little Spiderman & Superman so amazing! Ayanda and the team were amazing! This shop is addictive.... they have the most amazing stationery and art supplies. If you're a stationery collector or hoarder..... go visit, you will not be disappointed. And the staff are just lovely and know their products
