Location is crazy - tiny and up a steep, narrow ramp but salt-of-the earth guys who work well together to get you back on the road.

Poor service, replaced our parts with second hand spares, had to go back three times until they fixed it, put in incorrect sized pulleys, don’t go there.

Very dishonest... Claimed to fix a fault in my car when I sent it in but when I got my car back parts went missing... When I called them they spoke to me over the phone with a attitude and also they messed my car with oil stains and couldnt even clean it

Brought my aircon loose for a new clutch pulley and pipe repairs. Months went by. Then apparently my housing had a crack by the seal and the tried to weld it. Then they said they were looking for a second hand housing. I eventually gave up. Paid for my pipes that were repaired and leaked 2 weeks later as they were not crimped correctly. I did not even go back regarding the compressor. I ended up having to get a second hand one as I could not rely on them. Highly not recommended, cheaper not always better. They still did not even bother calling me back. Most likely used my comoressir for spares. And I went to another aircon repair place in Durban north who even fixed my pipes at no charge when I went to put gas

Rip offs... Quoted me on 1 fault and then charged me 3 times as much for something else... Will never recommend to anyone

I would definitely recommend this workshop for aircon repairs. It was an emergency and I needed my aircon fixed the same day I called Z & R. Even though they didn't have the compressor when I first stopped by the workshop, the owner went out of his way to source one for me and even repaired it after hours!! Excellent and friendly service.

R450 for an 8 minute regas. No other checks to the aircon system were done. You decide if that's worth the cost
