Had car problems, with Benz, Lucky it happened at the Best Pertol station in South Africa.. Best service, friendly staff and safe Stop... Thank u so much for making our 22 hrs stop so much better than it started...

What a poor service the is an old guy here call Norman with a bad attitude, he left me here for 20 minutes with no explanation and it's not the first times

Toilets were disgusting. Once you crossed the lake of pee to get to the urinal you found it to be non flushed and sticking to high heaven.

Engen petrol station has a KFC, Debonairs and a Wimpy restaurant. There is a Beaver Creek Coffee Shop inside the FastShop.

Toilets are disgusting, my sanitizer wipes was yellowish brown after wiping the seat, I felt so disgusted that I did not even use the toilet. At the garage shop this experience just got worse, the staff there have no sense of urgency, staff are unwelcoming and rude, I was waiting extremely long for the male staff member to make the 1 coffee for the customer infront of me, when he finally finished, without even acknowledging me he turned around and walked away, went and told another staff member to take over, her pace is so slow a snail could make coffee faster than her. Horrible experience, that place should not be allowed to operate, also no covid 19 safety measures in place

Good stop to make when on the long road. Fuel up - grab a bite or sit down at one of the food outlets. Also has a convenient shop.
