SUPER COPS Security

Supercops benoni has a poor administration system and they do not communicate amongst each other. Definitely not a pleasant experience with them.This is not in reference to their armed response.

I stay in Kempton Park, van Riebeeck Park and could not be a happier customer. I feel safe knowing Supercops is looking after my house. Very responsive when an alarm is triggered. Andre and his team is an excellent technical team. Thank you for the great service!!!

These guys have gone far and beyond to help us and get our systems working from another comoany that wad terrible. I loved that i didnt get charged for call outs that were from faults of the previous security company. As I have before... Nice service anr folks with a great attitude. Awesomeness

Called PHS nearly 90minutes ago for assistance as someone was in our garage. They still haven't showed. We are hiding in the house. PHS can't find our address. We have been their customers for 17yrs now. Will not be customers any longer.

Fraudsters.I have been a loyal customer of COPS since 2011, unknown to me, in September 2018 one debit order was returned unpaid.It has now been brought to my attention (January 2019) that I was blacked listed for R2100.00 odd on missing a R400 odd payment In September 2018.I was told, COPS were unable to remove their radio?? they decided to automatically charge me R750.00 for a radio and around R900 for blacklisting me, taking a little R400.00 missed payment to over R2100.00. HOWEVER COPS continued to take debits out of my account for the balance of 2018 even though they had blacklisted me and were offering me no service.This is criminal.SHARKS! all the thanks i get for being a loyal client for 7 years!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, go elsewhere.

PHS Cops Security in Benoni - Warning to prospective VictimsIn Sept 2009 I contacted PHS Cops for a 12 month security service, of which Ben from PHS cops assured me they do offer a 12 month contract.After 12 months, I notified them that I will not renew the contract, upon which they delivered a letter to my front door, stating that I am not allowed to give notice, and that I am bound by a 3 year contract!In Sept 2012 I once again informed them that I do not wish to continue their service, after a armed robbery took place at the premises to which they did not even respond. They then informed me that according to their contract, they are allowed to extend their unwanted service for another 3 years without the client's approval!I signed a contract with CMS after the armed robbery episode.CMS did inform me that PHS cops are infamous for their deceiving manner of operating and that it is illegal for them not to cancel contracts within 30 days notice.PHS Cops continues to take money from my bank account since the first cancellation notice in September 2010 and the second cancellation notice in September 2012, a total of almost 5 years of unwanted monthly expenses, in the region of R18,000.00! I live in Johannesburg since 2013, still paying to this date for the unwanted service in Benoni.I contacted PHS Cops again in a final effort to get rid of them.Guess what, now, they bill me for a receiver, installed in the rental house to which I have no access, refuse to cancel the contract once again and threaten to blacklist ME? This victim is finally on her way to her lawyer, the consumer council and every other institution available in South Africa to fight for her legal rights not to be stuck with an unwanted ‘service’ provider. Be warned, don’t sign on the dotted line.
