Pref Sol was a great help to me the first time I used their services. I drove to Somerset West and received help from a consultant on how to complete a general ledger on Pastel Xpress. The consultant sent me a document on how to complete Opening Balances.Unfortunately, the document was unclear and my Trial Balances were wrong due to the incorrect opening balances. Upon seeking help in rectifying this issue, another consultant kindly offered to go on team viewer and take a look at the issue. We sat on the phone for an hour going through my detailed ledger before concluding that it was best for me to restart the loading of my bank statements.The next day, I received an invoice of R690 for that phone call. R690 FOR A PHONE CALL. I was taken aback, as I was not informed I would be charged for the phone call. I would have never agreed to pay that sum of money for a phone call. I much prefer face-to-face interaction. Not to mention, R690 to be told to restart.Overall, I will not be returning to Pref Sol. I recommend to anyone who continues to use their services to always ask for a quote or invoice before accepting any services. You just might be charged R690 for a phone call!
