Horrible service for a Kauai. I bought my favourite smoothie here and they apparently" forgot my order☹. More than 30 mins later I went to ask and they all just stood there looking at me when I asked about my order and did not respond to me...The lady who took my order apparently is the "manager"(Lindiwe is her name) did not even bother to make my smoothie but sent someone else...horrible service"

This branch of Kauai consistently disappoints. Slow service, poor quality and the outlet is not representative of a brand with the quality that I have come to love elsewhere in the country. I have been here a few times and have not wanted to comment previously, today the avo and quesadilla wrap tasted like poor cardboard. They were also out of stock of spinach so some of my first choices in smoothies could not be accommodated. This branch in my opinion is not representative of the brand and there needs to a focus on improving all round. Staff, image, service and quality

Healthy food options. The wraps are delicious, so is the smoothies and health drinks! Service was a bit slow. Otherwise a good place to eat. If you want to sit and eat, tables and chairs are available. You are given a number for your table, so while waiting for your food you can sit and chill

I used to like eating there the food was always good there. Looks like new staff now. The food I ordered on the last 2 occassions was definitely not worth it. The steak and cheese quesadilla for R92 was the size of a small sandwich and the steak chipotle was full of carrots I opened it up to make sure there was any steak on it. Not worth it.

Been waiting for over 20 minutes for 3 smoothies and the place is quiet !!only to told now they don’t have cacao….pathetic service for an exorbitantly priced product!Won’t be back !

Food was good as usual but service was bad.Staff seemed like they did not want to be there. Their card machine was broken and staff were very unapologetic about it.There were 2 staff there and none of them knew how to use the zapper payment method.If it wasn’t for the good standard of food, I probably wouldn’t return.

Always love eating at Kauai but today was a let done. Had the Nut Mill smoothie which was extremely bland and the fiance ordered a wrap which was soaked and dripping with sauce. A little too much in fact.Absolutely love Kauai but this just wasn't a great day at all. Will come back again sometime and update my review of the experience is better.Their staff were friendly and helpful and the food was prepared quickly.

Very little value for money. One meal went back untouched, the other one half eaten. Most expensive piece of cardboard I've ever had the misfortune to try and consume
