PC was good with weekly payments eventhough I had to ask for payslips. They sent me a very nice Nursing Day gift, thank you. The problem came in when they denied to pay me any leave, told me I was not entitled to it since I am a contract worker. Fellow nurses, this is untrue. According to BCoE, if you are working more than 24h at any agency, you are entitled to paid leave, public holidays when you are a fixed contract worker as well as sick leave. It was only when I opened a case at CCMA that they proceeded to pay me my due leave. Also, they paid me R88/h as Prof Nurse with 25 year's general nursing experience. Disgrace!
