Nice place.

Worst service ever. Arrived at the lodge at 22:00 to get a place to sleep all the way from Johannesburg to be told by the lady who locks the rooms that she is asleep she can’t come and assist

The pictures posted online for this lodge are rather deceptive and might just deter some people on arrival to the lodge however on entering the rooms you will find a stylish and practical interior with shower and small TV very cosy.

In response to the owner's response to my review. I seriously doubt this was the writing of the owner but the rude lady who managed our booking and complained to in the middle of the whole circus. The refund was not for a full amount but half. I don't really have an issue with that as the owner was polite and did take our complaint constructively.You could've responded to this complaint fully if you cared about the bad experience we had: TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY, than focus mainly on the refund as that does not take away the experience we had and does not reassure us or any sane person reading , that there won't be a repeat.Your customer service sucks big time!To the Owner: thank you for the 50% refund and your polite attitude that you gave to my partner when he approached you.

Wont recommend anyone to this place. The service is just soo bad... I really didn't enjoy my stay there. Please visit other 4 or 5 star guest houses and see how order and service is maintained...

1. no response when inquiring online2. when you call the lady gives you attitude & says it's fully booked.3. decided to go there, still the lady claims it's full with a don't care attitude. ask her about any nearby lodges or b&b »» she then asks how many are we?"4. when i tell her it's just 2 of us
