Just don't follow up on medication ! Don't use them if you have a chronic condition that depends on certain medicine every month.

Sorry to say, but such kak service and management.I’ve now been there twice to try and get vaccinated, not by choice but that’s where I was sent. Day 1 over two hour’s I’m the que without anyone telling us how long or what the process is. Slowly moving from one chair to the other, to eventually have to come back thr next week. Day 2 another two hours, Managment give you a blank stare when you ask them a question. The service and management have no clue what’s going on yet alone what needs to be done. They are badly trained , zero education around the vaccine and you feel like you being guided by zombies.If you have an option, don’t go there unless you literally have nothing to do the hole day, and when they say come back , you won’t have to sit in line, what they really mean is. We don’t cate what you do but it’s not happening today.Such a shot system and so poorly executed.

I will never go to this Clicks again. Security hovered around us at the makeup display which made us very uncomfortable. We paid for everything walked out and the alarms sounded. We showed our slips and the items, but even with proof we had to empty our pockets like common criminals. It turns out one of the items weren't demagnatized properly when we paid. As a paying customer I don't appreciate being treated like a common criminal after showing proof that I paid. In hindsight, I should've just gone to Dis-Chem.

Honestly, this is by far the worst clicks ever!!!!!!! Would rate them negative if I could. Falsely accusing customers of prescription fraud, just ridiculous. Just get your chronic medication elsewhere. Slow and completely unprofessional service!

Just had the most appalling customer service from Johanna at the dispensary. The most patronising and unhelpful woman in customer service I have come across. Continued to fight with me and once I started arguing back she walked away and refused to deal with me. I will never support this branch again. I strongly advice she goes for customer service training or better yet a warning.

This is probably the worst pharmacy I've been to in general. Took them 30min to process my pre-ordered chronic meds which were already packed and ready, then another 15 min to process a separate script I had. It was painful.

Pharmacy did not mix enough enough antibiotics and then charged me for the second batch as well
