Absolutely outstanding customer service and Anthony is brilliant. Subaru Somerset West is very organised, they call you back and explain how to look after your car. It made the process of buying a new car both fun and exciting. Despite there being a closer Subaru dealership I will go further away to this branch because they are that good.

Very bad service from this branch. Parts department goes on lunch and never returns phone calls. I drive a Subaru and I needed a part to fix my car.Took my number and vin numbers of my car and never return my calls .Very disappointed and will never ever call or do business with this branch in strand. It's terrible.No star deservesa star.

Outstanding service every time. This facility has a repair shop and dealership. I always take my Forester to Subaru Somerset West. Even the major service and pretty major repairs I've had done were finished on the same day. And when they give you a time that the car will be ready by, they call you not a minute later. Communication is excellent, quality of work is excellent, and they always go the extra mile. I recently bought a previously owned Forester and the entire experience was a pleasure. The car is in outstanding condition, even though it is a 2010 model. Big thanks to Anthony for the utmost professionalism. If you have a Subaru or want one, there's no better place to go.
