Manager was condescending and mocking us when we were upset and wanted to be assisted as the phone numbers provided did not want to assist us. We had him call the numbers and even he could not get them to assist us and forced us away even though he said he had nothing to do the entire day. We were also not the only upset client as there was another person he also handled in the same manner. He laughed at us and tried to handle us like babies. He tried to write everything off as him being friendly and trying to help but it came off as him making a joke about the entire thing. I can't believe that this shop can call it self a vodacom with such poorly trained and rude staff.

The lady is very helpful does her job the guy thats there think his the manager absolute terrible experience asks irrelevant questions like has my bank statement and then asks to see my bank card like some kind of scammer after all checks passed he still didnt want to release the phones something very fraudulent happening there becareful

The following refers:29 MARCH > I received a call from a Vodacom sales agent, advising me that I qualify for a newly released special offer of a router with 250GB day data and additional night data, for a mere R299/month. I advised the agent that I am at work and that she is more than welcome to email me the details of this offer, as I am not in a position to take this type of personal call during work hours. She agreed and ended the call. I never received the promised email.30 MARCH (Around 09h00) > I yet again receive a call from the same agent, demanding to speak to me about this offer. I again advised her that I cannot have this conversation during office hours. She refused to end the call, and I eventually lost my temper with this rude sales agent from Vodacom, and told her to never call me again, and I advised her in no certain terms that I am not interested in this offer or any other offer. I ended the call.30 MARCH (10h24) > I received the attached sms, advising me that quote 1-36022051658858 has been generated on my profile. I did not authorise any quote or any order!30 MARCH (10h30) > I received the attached sms, advising me that my order has been processed. Who authorized this order? I did not authorize any order!30 MARCH (10h38) > I received the attached sms, requesting 3 months bank statements. I did not send the bank statements, as I did not order anything from Vodacom.30 MARCH (22h04) > I received the attached sms, thanking me for choosing Vodacom for my new line. What new line? I did not authorise or order any new line?!30 MARCH (Morning) > I called Vodacom and explained all of the above. Your records should show my call! The agent said that she emailed her manager and that this apparent order will be cancelled with immediate effect. I also demanded that a case of fraud be opened against the sales agent that contacted me in the first place.01 APRIL (21h42) > I received the attached sms, advising me that order K3662834 has been handed over to the courier. OMG - I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING!!!!! VODACOM IS BUSY WITH A FRAUDULENT ORDER ON MY ACCOUNT!!!!!At this stage, I am not requesting assistance, I am demanding an explanation for the above FRAUD BY VODACOM. I have the right to know what has happened here and WHY? I will be taking this matter to the press and social media, as there is NO EXCUSE for what is happening here! How on earth can new orders be generated and executed without the permission from the client. I am the victim here!I am awaiting urgent feedback on this matter.
