My first time making the effort to write a review as I need to warn people about the terribly slow service at this place. Waited 1.5 hrs!! This is after I placed an order and waited the 30min they said it would take to pick it up. Then when I got home, they gave me the wrong order, and the chips was very disappointing. Either it was overcooked or the oil they use is old. One can only laugh at this terrible experience. And the funny thing is, this was my 2nd time experiencing the slow service. Needless to say, I will not go back.

Delicious burgers! With very fresh ingredients. The chips are fantastic. The milkshakes offer a plethora of exciting and way out of the norm options that are a lot of fun. The cocktails are also amazing! We visited 3 times in 2 weeks during our visit to Pretoria.There are also lots of specials on different days of the week. Great bang for your buck as well. Really loved our sunsets here.

I really do like Burger Bistro. But unfortunately, I did not enjoy it so much last night. We waited for almost an hour and a half for our food. And our food wasn't even warm when it arrived. We were hungry, after waiting so long, so we ate it. I was really looking forward to eating my burger, which was a bit of a disappointment. There were a few people who actually got up and left due to the lack of service.

Its been a while since my last visit, the premises are very neat and clean, nice variety of burgers to choose from and a great craft beer on tap.. service was good.. my burger was pretty tasty, everything was fresh, couldhave been a touch salty... overall one of the better places.. Thanks

Nice fire grilled burgers, and our waitress Anna did her best despite the slow service. I think they were short staffed, so it took time for the burgers to come out.The speedy gonzales burger is incredible, and the Elvis burger sounds very intriguing with the peanut butter sauce. They have quite a few sauce options. Something for everyone.

Amazingly dilicious burgers, also loved the French fries with the skin on. Ample space around tables with friendly staff and a relaxed vibe. Descent size portions for the price you pay. Will definitely recommend Burger Bistro as a go-to diner. Ox-Tail Burger and Boogy Burger very very tasty.

This place is absolutely amazing, I will go there just for the jalapeño sauce, which is to die for. Service is amazing, and the atmosphere is spectacular. The detail and wall art that they have will keep you talking for hours with your friends/partners or even the manager. Love love love. It's definitely a hidden treasure in our little area.
