Janice Jansen is one of the most professional, hard working and ethical agent I have ever met. She found a suitable tenant to rent my house and takes her time to ensure the tenants are properly screened. She literally does everything for you. She has gone way beyond her call of duty ensuring everything is dealt with as soon as possible. Stayed in one of the places they managed for 1 year and 2 months and anytime I had an issue they dealt with it in a short period of time and they have their own maintenance team that always came through and fixed anything that needed to be fixed. Moving out was a breeze and I got my deposit back without issues in just 10 days. All in all a good experience.

Best experience ever. I contacted Janice at City and Suburbs Property for a rental I saw on the internet. She was extremely friendly and helpful. She contacted the people in the house for us to view. In 3 days we saw the property and the lease was signed.I dealt with a few property agents before Janice. They never return phone calls, not helpful at all, don’t listen to your requirements and show you properties that is not at all suitable for your family. Janice at City and Suburbs are by far the best agent EVER !!!!! Will recommend them anytime.
