I had ordered online and I hated the condition of the pizza at its arrival. I couldn't address it to the delivery man because he had no fault but the pizza was so unpleasant and below the standard. It had really dry ingredients and little to no cheese on the pizza. It was brought cool when the delivery takes 15 mins from a local Debonairs branch. I'm really disappointed by the unethical service ang quality of the food. I shouldn't even give a star from the atrocious sight of the presentation of the pizza.

Ordering from this this Debonairs is a nightmare!!!The order is either: cold, late or there are shortcuts in the preparation of the pizza!!! Half baked dough!!!I'm a disappointed first time customer... I'm definitely not buying from this place again.

Poor service from the front of house staff!To whom it may concern,I ordered a vegetarian tikka on Sunday and I asked them not to put the tikka sauce. Instead of letting me know that they don’t have any vegetables they replaced it with the chicken. On our way back home I recognised the tikka sauce, I checked the pizzas and it turned out to be a chicken tikka pizza. We return the pizza and the lady and manager at the front did not want to take responsibility and accountability they wanted to argue why they replaced vegetarian pizza with chicken. I’m allergic to meat, I’ve been a vegetarian all my life. They made a second one which was disgusting they did it for me to leave the store. I never got an apology, my cousin and I were treated terribly and we are still shocked at the service. It turned out they did the same thing to the gentlemen who came to return their pizzas as well on the same night.When we asked for their names they refused to give us even the manager refused to give us the name. The Dube staff does not even know the menu, the lady at the till said when we asked why her she confirmed that it was a vegetarian pizza she said “Angazi lutho ngamaPizza angiwayenzi ngisebenza ngama order”. She had a terrible attitude and reacted to the situation since the beginning. Zero etiquette!Very disappointed and I’m a huge fan of the franchise. I hope this gets better soon.Kind regards,Shantell

I ordered my Pizza from Debonairs Dube. This pizza doesn’t even deserve a 1 star from me. I just ate a pizza and I found strands of hair baked inside the pizza. I have never been so disgusted. It’s possibly that there’s more hairs I ate.

The festive deal killed my love for pizza. I have never had such dry/hard pizza before. My main reason for going with Debonairs is that I really enjoy the sauce in the pizzas, but not this time. The pizzas were dry and hard. I always place my orders through the call centre and I was prepared to return this order immediately for either rectification or refund but my cries fell on deaf ears.
