Love this shop every one is so helpful and friendly. I had a great experience. Didn't expect it. I left my bank card at the till point thankyou to the teller I think her name was Delile Mashazi as her name was on the slip. Thankyou very much for keeping it and handing it to your manager or security. I collected it the next day. A truely honest staff member and will go a long way for being honest.

They charge meR380 for a quantum mirror which cost R260. And said I have to give a R20 tip to be changed R260. Then I don't understand how is the business

Bad experience with this shop. Bought a car battery here with had 24 month warranty. The battery stopped working about 18 months later. I still had the original receipt for the battery. The owner refused to help and says I must sort it out with the supplier.

I purchased a defective petrol pump at this store, when returning it they had no stock to replace it, now in order for me to get a refund I have been waiting for almost an hour before they have a paying customer so I can get my refund, acceptable ? Absolutely not I won't recommend this place to anyone

Very popular place for after market motor spares.Definately too small a counter area for busy periods.No outside parking besides about a 3-car street parking space in front of shop.Otherwise good.

Zein the manager was very rude and refused to give us our money back . We bought a certain brand and upon collecting we were given something different from what we bought. When we requested our money back. He was shouting at us, he wanted to charge us 20% handling fee while we didn't even take the part it was still with them.

I needed a coil pack for my vehicle for which i was told to pay a 50% deposit upon ordering and upon its arrival to pay the balance of the total cost but if the part was correctly ordered and when installed and did not work, then it was non returnable and non refundable as this is an electronic part, so i was told by the salesman. Is this really the case? This is absurd.
