Really impressed with the service.Purchased a serum, the package arrived slightly damaged, some of the serum leaked from the bottle. Advised Beautique SA via WhatsApp and the very next day I received a replacement with no need to send back the damaged one. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Also

Bought a few pallets from Beautique and I am so grateful for having international brands locally! Awesome quality and a great selection. Products were delivered quickly and items were packed very nicely which makes a difference in not only the presentation but also ensured that they were undamaged in transit.

I won't ever be supporting BeautiqueSA ever again.I saw the mini Topicals Faded serums on Takealot, saw that the price couldn't possibly be right but hey, sometimes businesses run strange sales for old stock, so I ordered and thought the worst that could happen is I'd receive super expired stock or just have the order canceled over the price being incorrectly listed.Instead I waited 5 to 7 days for Takealot to collect my serums" from the seller
