Very efficient once you get going staff Friendly's

(Testing for license) renewal license excluded.People in there are bad... not all, but few with their fake kindness until testing time for license not learners license. Maybe they're good when cameras are around. Go for test then you'll see. Bad experience ever. I ask some who tested for license, all they are mad of the experience. Who ever will be testing you, they'll use all sort off rudeness, insults when testing. Who ever is going to test you... prepare to be called all types of insults. I wonder if the Government approves of this bad behavior. At least there was no violence but still...

This testing place does not deserve any rating - testing officials only in it to make backhand money!My friend went to do bike license and was moved from office to office, and on different floors, on Saturday (based on confirmation paper stating to report to room 123 first) - then was told the testing grounds are located further in town (was not told that when he went to pay license fee) - friend went outside and found an official to enquire exactly where the testing grounds were based, and was told to follow a truck official that was going to testing ground at that same time (friend not knowing Benoni at all, but Benoni was the only place he could get to book at). When arriving at testing ground, the testing official for the bike license was extremely rude, unsympathetic and arrogant - did not want to hear reason for friend being later than appointment time (after friend spent an hour at testing office trying to gather info) - he informed my friend he will write out a FAIL unless he paid R2000 - to which friend said NO he does not do bribery. So - fail was issued... The truck official then approached friend and mentioned to friend this is black SA and he will NOT get a bike license anywhere unless payment is made - CORRUPTION and apparant racism is rife - so be warned. An official complaint has been made to Minister of Transport...

My learners test has been postponed to Saturday due to loadshedding. I was told the person from the exam room would phone us to set the time which we want and I never got the phone call. My learners is fully paid with no updates of writing it. Waiting times is bad .in addition Customer service is poor.

I have had a fair amount of problems locating my new drivers license card. Today i want to say thank you to Sederick, in room 116, for your help and willingness. Pleasant guy to talk and deal with. Just for that experience, i give him 5star

The phones are never answered. The helpline is useless, you have to physically go there to get told you didn’t bring what was required.

You have to park your car next door at the lakeside mall. They don't have parking for customers inside their premises.

Very good service and helped with half an hour

Service was bad because there were long queues and only two people servicing people at license disc tills. More staff is required to service people.
