Perfect fit at a good price! Love my leather boots.

Due to an error on my part Freestyle happily and without hesitation said I could exchange a pair of sandals I bought online.After trying on a number of sizes which were uncomfortable, Thalo was called to measure my feet. A pair of sandals was going to be made for me. Magnificent service! My shoes arrived today and it is a perfect fit. My thanks go to Patricia, Thalo and another lady(didn't get her name) for the wonderful service and attention to detail.

Thank you Freestyle Team and in particular Erin for an outstanding experience.I've placed an order for a school sack two weeks ago and they did inform me that they will be closing on the 21st, Erin did say they will try their best since a had a repair as well... Well they have pulled it off.... a customized school sack, repair done on n 2nd school sack all before they call it a day for the year today.Thank you so much, I really appreciate it alot

This is the 3rd pair of Freestyle boots/ shoes I have bought. All fantastic quality. One thing I noticed is that it's better to go to the factory and try on the pair as depending on the style of the shoe/boot I went from a size 10 to a 9. Also they are old school so be patient with emails etc. It can take time for them to get back to you, but they are very willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are a happy customer.I recently ordered a pair of shoes, when they came I didn't like them and they were a little large (personal style preference), they happily swopped them for another pair of boots which cost R100 more for no additional charge.Cannot say enough how impressed I am. Thank you Grant and Patricia.

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes. 29 days later still waiting. No communications from Freestyle except for the auto-generated email stating that there is a delay in production.Contacted Freestyle telephonically. Thursday 20th Gave my order number and was told my shoes are in the cleaning process. Freestyle contacted me on the Friday 21st to be told that my shoes will be sent with courier. The lady on phone even noted that I gave a Postnet address.Tuesday 25th, no shoes, and no communication from Freestyle, not even the auto-generated one. Contacted telephonically again, was told I will be phoned back. Contacted Freestyle again, to be told that the shoes are not ready that they had a different customer in mind when I contacted them and gave them my order number and name.Still no update from Freestyle. I've communicated to them prior to this and said they can send the shoes one at a time.Lovely shoes, but its not worth the aggravation and frustration of dealing with a business that doesn't care about customers!

Ordered and paid 1 set of new shoes on 24 April. Nothing received as yet (6 June today) No one answers the phone when trying to call in. When you send an email the standard response is we will get back to you in 48 hours - no one ever does. Let the buyer beware.

Exceptionally slow service and communication from head office.Its now been nearly 2 months since payment to which i received boots nearly a month later. Return took nearly 2 weeks as they were too big however again no communication as to when i will receive the exchange pair.Emails, WhatsApp..no communication.. winter is done so no need for boots

I have just received my first pair of Annabelle boots and have to say, they are The most beautiful and The most comfortable boots I have ever owned. Every stitch is perfect, the leather beautiful - it's good to know that I have made a good investment. Thank you Myra and your team, my boots are amazing and already warming up my frozen toes:)

**EDIT**: They quickly responded to the below, resolved the issue the same day (it was an unintentional oversight) and kindly compensated me for the inconvenience. I received my items (Emma boots and belt) today and am extremely satisfied with the quality, design and comfort. Just the details, even on the simpler items, screams quality and that they take pride in their work! Very impressed and happy with my purchase - definitely worth the wait. :)It’s been over a month (5 weeks) and I still have not received my order. They sent a generic email stating that the order had been delayed after an update (which followed the order already being delayed) saying that the finishing touches were being applied. I sent an email yesterday morning with no reply received yet. Really not happy with my experience so far.
