Furbaby Retreat

I couldn't recommend Furbaby Retreat more. I could tell from arrival that comfort would be no issue for my fur baby Kitty after being shown through the separate play areas and the suite with TV access. All details about care needs were provided to Jess at the time of booking and were confirmed at the time of drop-off, and from daily updates and photos sent by Jess I could tell that Jess and the team went above and beyond to ensure the best stay possible. I would definitely book again.

Our cat nayley stayed here for 4 nights while we were on holiday.The furbaby retreat is clean, well organised and has separate play rooms for the cats to enjoy at individual times during the day.We recieved daily updates while our son loved and nayley was very happy when she got home. Usually she takes a couple of days to settle back in, but after been here she was content when she arrived home.The staff are very caring and clearly love their job.Given the demand we could do with another one of these great facilities in perth

My three beasts stayed here a week. Two of them are shy and skittish, whilst the other is a nosy nuisance.Jess and the crew catered for all of them, and they had a great time! Having daily photos eliminated anxiety, and provided a fun thing to look forward to each day. Highly recommend!

Our cat Mila stayed at the retreat for almost 2 months; she has epilepsy and requires medication twice a day. Jess and her team looked after her in a loving and caring manner. The daily updates with photos and videos gave us the peace of mind we needed while away. Mila looked happy, relaxed and healthy. The facilites are exceptional, Mila stayed in a standard suite with an upgrade to the Bel and Dutch suite. We will be back for sure! Highly recommend it!!!

In fact it looked like he wanted to stay longer when we came to pick him up!We also had daily updates and pics of Buster enjoying himself too.As always he had the best care and attention. Highly recommend Furbaby Retreat. ‘Buddy’ although initially unsure was quickly settled and happy. He settled easily back home too which was also reassuring. We loved the daily updates and photos. We will definitely be using this lovely business again. Thanks very much to Jess and her team.

I can’t speak highly enough about Furbaby Retreat. It was clear from the first phone call that Jess and the team really do go above and beyond to make each cat’s stay as comfortable as possible. When we arrived, Jess took us through the building and I was completely blown away by how perfect it is. From the play area to the TV room and the suites themselves, everything has been thought of! Jess then sent me photos with an update of how my cat was going and it really does show her passion for what she does. The only concern I have is whether my cat will want to come home!!

Jess and the team are amazing careers, I highly recommend the service.Our fur baby Artemis needed special care, with meds morning and night as well as being a picky eater. All of which they easily accommodated for and even sent daily updates with pics and videos.Will 100% be using again, it makes for a great care free holiday for the fur babies and us too!!!Thankyou guys so so much!!

I was initially a nervous Cat Mum... my boys had never stayed away from home before and after negative experiences at other catteries with my previous cats, I needed reassurance that my boys would also be having a good time whilst I was away on holiday!Jess and the Furbaby team answered all my questions prior to their stay, and knowing that I would get updates on their progress whilst I was away was a massive weight off my mind - finding out that they were settling in and getting enrichment during their stay was a big deal for me. Jess and the team cater for all of the cats needs - physically and emotionally.I definitely wouldn't choose any other cattery (and I use this term lightly - Furbaby Retreat is more than a Cattery!) and next time I go away, whether it's a short or long break, this is where I will bring my boys.Jess, Toby & Zac will see you soon!

This was our first time using Furbaby retreat. We booked our 2 Russian blue cats into the Hershey room for 4 nights 5 days. One of our cats has IBD and is rather sensitive in general so requires a lot of love and care, the other requires lots of cuddles and stimulation.Jess updated us with lots of photos and information daily to keep us in the loop of how our cats were settling in.Jess was professional, thoughtful and had wonderful customer service. She went so far as to hand feed one of our cats who became anxious due to the change in scenery to help ease her nerves and assist her to eat well.One cat enjoyed her stay so much she ran past us on pick up day and to the play room to resume the new routine Jess had created for her.The room we booked was well laid out with all the comforts and toys of a luxury holiday for a cat.The place was very clean, tidy and well decorated much like you would expect from a luxury hotel.We will most certainly be booking our cats back in to Furbaby retreat when we next go on holiday.
