The hospitality experienced at the Claremont branch has been refreshing. My skin journey has been well taken care of with the help of my Skin Therapist Crai-Dean. I love that everyones experience is personalised on the basis of their skin and that the skin Doctor can recommend what's best suited to combat your concerns. I have done a number of treatments and my skin could not thank me enough for this journey with Skin renewal. Props to the team who took care of me. xx Kayla

I have always had excellent professional service from all of the staff at Skin Renewal. My reception at the clinic always is welcoming and friendly. All of the treatments as recommended by the staff have been fantastic, and I have had excellent results over the many years that I have attended the clinic.

Had my first treatment today. The service was exceptional. The therapist are very professional. I had a bit of anxiety before hand but I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. I would definitely recommend Skin Renewal Claremont.

I have recently moved to the area and started my facials with Cra-dean at Claremont. I'm super impressed at the professionalism and service both by her and the other ladies. They make an effort to explain and provide the best treatments for me specifically. They advise but never try and sell something that isn't going to help you which I appreciate! I have recently done a retinol peel for the first time and Cra-dean was amazing in the way she prepped me and arranged my aftercare products. Definitely 5 stars from me!

I recently had the EndyMed (FSR) treatment done and the ladies at the branch were attentive to all the small details. I did not know what to expect and from the moment I walked in, from the manager to the therapist, was put at ease and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Even afterwards, I was being communicated with daily to check up on my skin post treatment. Cannot wait to see the results once my skin has properly healed.

I have had numerous treatments with Crai-dean. As a therapist she is very professional and always advises the best treatments for my skin. Very happy with the results. The new premises is absolutely stunning. Highly recommended!
