Pressed in Time Blue Hills Laundry and Dry Cleaning

Cannot clean suede shoes. Another thing to know about this company is they cannot renew or clean shoes. They can ONLY glue soles.

I dropped my laundry off on a Saturday told to come collect the next day, I came paid and collected only to find my neatly packed and packaged clothes still dirty, they didn't wash them at all. When I called they claimed to not know the laundry wasn't washed because it was a different shift of people from the ones who were there when I dropped off. At least they told me to return it.But how do you fold and package clothes that are visibly dirty and smelly then give them back to a customer!!!!!

1. I sent them a bunch of items that only needed to be ironed, and only 30% of the clothes that they gave back to me were ironed. And they stained and damaged one of my bed covers (and I’m not sure how they did that, because all they had to do was iron it)2. Some of my most valuable items (eg. designer shirts) have gone missing ever since I started taking my clothes there. And I’ve always just requested ironing, so one can’t say that it might have gotten mixed up in a washing machine or dryer!I’m very disappointed at this level of service - all those employees need to be properly trained, vetted or removed. These guys have unfortunately lost my business.Reputational damage like this is something that the franchisee and Head Office should take very seriously.

Busisiwe if that is her real name ! Is the most unprofessional, unfriendly & uninterested person I’ve ever dealt with . I encourage the owner to deal with this employee . Your business won’t go anywhere with this person as the face of your company

Totally unhelpful took several attempts to contact them within working hours. When i finally got hold of someone she was clueless as to what they offer and less then helpful. Infact sounded like she didnt want to be on the phone or have any business.

Lovely services here and they charge according to the weight of your laundry unlike other places that round-up for some bizarre reason. My clothes have always returned in excellent condition.

They don’t even deserve a one star. Who mixes colours! All my white clothes and my husband’s work uniform came back pink! Worst service ever. No responses. When I finally got hold of the owner he was rude, unapologetic and told me not to bring back the clothes, ‘because in business mistakes happen’. It is not the first time they ruined my clothes. Unprofessional and totally unaccountable. Take your clothes there at your own risk. If they damage it, you are in your own. Not even a simple I am sorry. No customer communication skills whatsoever. Totally disappointing. To think we have been supporting them for so long.

They stained my husband polo shirts and I paidR700 !! Was not happy with service

My clothes still looked dirty and felt like I wasted my money at first my clothes were being washed perfectly until last week Friday when I got my clothes and they were still still dirty and smell awful
