All of my vehicles are maintained by longcroft spares for the past 3 years, excellent services and they are very efficient.

One of the best Tyre, alignment, suspension and service centres in Phoenix. I highly recommend this particular centre as the service delivery is more than excellent.

This business charges customers for quality name brand suspension parts but supplies and fits pirate import parts of inferior quality. I watched them fit my shocks on and noticed that it wasn't the branded parts that I was paying for but looked like cheap import parts. When I questioned the owner he tried to convince me that he was fitting Monroe shocks. He said the shocks were supplied by a local car spare retailer and he requested that they supply the Monroe brand for my car. As an owner of a suspension fitment centre there is no doubt that he is aware of what a quality branded part looks like VS a cheap import part. I called the retailer and they confirmed that they had indeed supplied the cheaper import parts for my car as requested by the owner of Longcroft suspension center and not the quality parts I had been promised and which I was paying for. Confronting the owner with this while on the call with the retailer he said he will rectify the matter and then obtained the quality parts which I was paying for and fitted it onto my car. An unknowing customer would not have picked up on this. And with the ease and deceit in the way in which they had supplied and fitted the cheap import parts indicates that this maybe done on a regular basis. If you have fitted shocks at this fitment center I suggest you check exactly what has been fitted onto you vehcile. This company is not trustworthy and are looking for ways to exploit consumers. Avoid this company.

Great service and best advice

I did all my vehicles at Longcroft Suspension and had no issues at all. I just want to say reading the one person review about people being rogues. The owners of this business are in the spare games for years but as far they are rogues one has to look at themselves before you call people rogues. There are many spare shops that lie to the people and people want discounts but they want original parts.
