This must be the worst and most unethical company we have dealt with. I have a monthly contract with them and one day we had a load which was apparently over its limit when they dispatched there truck to collect, they then informed me they have to bring a bigger truck to collect the load which we said is fine. We were willing to pay for this but believe the weight is due to water sitting it the bin. I agreed to pay for the weight per ton which and we would get a reading of this weight. I still haven't gotten the weight and have been charged way over the limit for this load. The Manager was rude and didn't have much communication skills. Don't use them, they also don't use the right equipment when picking up loads, I mean they had a guy picking from the bin to load there truck. Avoid.
