Reception 0....nobody at reception. Bad service...useless. RN Linda? at nurses station....unprofessional.....extremely rude.

Its advisable to take your lawyer along when visiting the dentist here, he purposely drills into your teeth causing damage. I went in for routine cleaning, it didn't feel right and I could feel him pushing his drill abnormally and harshly on my teeth on places where plaque doesnt even build up like the tips of my teeth, I never had any cavities or teeth sensitivity before this appointment but ever since I have had extremely bad painful teeth sensitivity and pain for more than a year now after this appointment. I can never eat food the same way again and I am in constant pain because of this dentist. I remember staring at his shelves stocked with sensodyne tooth paste and I was wondering if there is some connection to the company and what he was doing to me. It's appalling medical malpractice and I wonder how this man sleeps at night.

What a disappointment ,I arrived at the medical centre@ 17h30 and I was told that no patients are allowed entry except those who were already sitted.Can you imagine, you are in pain and you can't be attended whilst there's still 30 min left

Whats the point of booking an appointment!? When you'll get there on time and still have to wait an hour or two to see the doctor.

I receive pathetic service on Saturday from the lady at reception. Ask which dr I want to see. Wait 40 minutes to send me to wrong dr. Dr phone reception to inform me 5 patients waiting for other dr. Drs good, but not the admin. Sorry!!

Got there at 09:45, my appointment was for 10:15. Dr Dirk Van Niekerk purposely put other patients (that are white) before me. I had to wait till I couldn’t hold back the tears anymore and I had to ask one of the ladies at Reception to give me another Dr who saw me immediately and took 5 min to consult with me. This was at 12:40. I had been waiting in the cold - while shivering from fever and body pains - my body couldn’t stop shaking I was soooo cold. I waited from 09:45 to see a Dr only to see one at 12:40 and it was quick which shows I could’ve been done and back in my warm bed quite quickly if Dr Dirk Van Niekerk didn’t prioritise white patients over me. Haven’t been to Medicross Springs since 2011 yet I’m not surprised that their values have not changed. Really bad service. If you’re black, try go somewhere else.

This is the third time I have come in, booked an appointment as per their requirements and have been made to wait over an hour beyond my appointment time. I only use them as they are one of the few doctors that accept my medical aid. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone.

I arrived at 11 o Clock at Medicross, and it was said that the docter could not help me, because they are closing soon (which they close on a Saterday at 1 o Clock)... Ive been living in Springs for 26 years, and in 26 years never received this bad service... They can close my file for all that I care, they will never see me again
