HiDe Flooring impressed from start to finish. David was the only sales guy to arrive with samples. His quote was prompt and reasonable. They were able to start a day early, and finished on time, in spite of unanticipated difficulty in taking up the existing parquet floors. The quality of the job is fantastic, the staff are all very friendly, I have no complaints. Highly recommended.

From the moment we set foot in the showroom and were given advice and direction from David, we were sold on HiDe flooring and they did not disappoint. They were felxible around other projects going on at our house and the final result was superb and they went the extra mile to ensure every bit or work was up to a high standard. I would certainly recommend them.

We received really great service from Darren and the HIDE team, with complete removal of parquet, two layers of screed, and well priced Aspen vinyl install. What a fantastic experience dealing with Darren and his team! The installation was completed, beautifully, in less than a week, from first contact. Everything was handled quickly and professionally. Communication and feedback was fantastic. The end result is absolutely gorgeous. I can't recommend them enough. I'll definitely be using them again.

Great service from David. He was the first to respond to my request for a quote on new bedroom carpets and was always quick to respond thereafter via email or whatsapp. His advice helped in selecting the right carpet and under lay. He was accommodating when I needed to push out the installation date. The installation took a couple of hours and the new carpets look great.

Had the Guys from Hide flooring back for a second installation for vinyl flooring, good quality flooring and comfortable on the feet and definitely warmer in the winter.
