A month and a half after getting on touch with Barnard's, and I am still having problems with my oven. After the first call out, I was told the digital clock needs replacing. A different guy came to do the installation and then said the timer is also broken. After the timer was replaced, numerous problems occurred- cooking time could not be set beyond a certain limit, oven sparking ect. I called about the issues on two occasions and was told a technician would be sent the following day, but that did not happen and there has been no communication from their side. Altogether a very frustrating experience

Absolute awful service delivery, they lie about delivery times and dates and don’t return calls. I have called 17 times this week begging for them to return my tv and am constantly being ignored or put on hold. I am very close to going to police station and open a case of theft

I needed 2 TVs repaired March 2022, 2 weeks after I took my TVs in I had to go back to them because phones go unanswered, this for a quote.Fetched my TVs today, after nearly 4 months of excuses and stories.I have previously used them and they were ok back then.I mentioned to my son this morning that they no longer prioritize TVs as they seem to be agents for Defy now.l won't recommend them to anyone for anything as they don't answer phones and seem to prioritize Defy and appliance business.My TVs are with someone else now for repairs and I already received quote and date of completion. All in one afternoon.

I will never recommend them, they have no idea what customer service is or how to do their job. It is shocking that Defy is using them. My fridge is ruend after they got hold of it. Pathetic, they fried up my fridge, because they don't know how to do the job properly. I have selected 1 star because I have to, otherwise I cant post the comments. I rate them zero stars

Been waiting 3 weeks for a QUOTE to repair a tumble dryer ,which they CHARGE a fee to do. Poor customer service as no one phones back ever. Wondering how long the actual repair will take. Hopefully in this year still... You literally have to beg them to do their jobs. 48016

Very poor service. 4 weeks waiting for just a quote. Phones always either busy or no answer and when you do reach them, they don't get back to you and they don't respond to your messages. They have removed my oven which I didn't ask them to do and I'm still waiting for a quote and my oven back.Can someone please get back to me and RETURN my OVEN! JC 46666

10 days later still waiting for a quote despite numerous emails. Very reluctant to leave them to fix my electronic item (assuming they're fairly priced). The next unknown will be how long how it'll take. If I elect to accept their quote I can only pray their workmanship is leaps ahead of their frontline service... Seems highly unlikely though, it usually flows from bad to worse, not the other way around. Think I might just collect the item and move onto someone who needs the business. Very few privileged businesses like their's around who don't care or need the business and referrals.Update 31 Mar 22 - 4 emails later and zero feedback or acknowledgement of correspondence. It's shocking but as per my initial comments, it was anticipated. They're quick to sell off your item if you don't collect within their time frame, what recourse do we have when they elect to ignore you? Time to pay them a visit methinks.
