Absolutely disgusting communication. They don't respond to finish registration. Thankfully I actually wasn't able to otherwise I would be in the same boat as the other reviewers not receiving my certificate. All the people who have rated this institution better saying that it has good service and quick responses I find hard to believe because all the points they praise were all the points they were absolutely lacking in with me. A waste of my time, I could have registered somewhere else. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

They don't even deserve a 1 star! I've been waiting for my results for over a year now, and all they suggest is to re-write the exams. Ticket was created to solve these outstanding marks on the 21 Jun 2021 16:33! Yea nice... still waiting. More than 7 subject's results that I never received. We suggest you re-write these subjects""

Facilities are sub par go take a look at the men's bathroom or the rooftop areaThere's is a cafeteria where you can buy food and drink where everything is overpriced.They have a gymNumerous smoking areas*UPDATE*But their education standards are not up to par due to the fact that share lecturers with their sister college there is miscommunication between the lecturers in Midrand and the lecturers in Cape Town. If you are a full contact student, a lot of your classes will be done virtually questioning the reason why you are paying a fortune to be a full contact student when you can sit at home.The fact that they only have 1 specialist as they put it for each subject also slow downs your progress due to us being human beings getting sick or may be unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.Due to the fact that you are in Midrand, you have to submit your test online so the Cape Town lecturers may mark it.Overall experience Terrible

excellent intuition they allocate you with an active and very responsive student advisor and responds to your emails quickly I really love aie and their staff .

Online courses a nightmare. Lecturers could be less bothered and enthusiastic. Exam process a nightmare in my province - have requested a refund as you would have to travel 4 hours just to go to a place they accept and when asked to arrange somewhere local to write through another varsity no help is given.

I would not recommend this institution at all!My experience with AIE college thus far has been terrible.I enrolled for the Full Stack web developer course for 2022 . My first issue was when I was enlisted as a full time student even though I registered myself for a part-time online course since I am a working mother. This was later rectified.The second issue was when the course had commenced, classes were constantly being cancelled and were not rescheduled . Most of the time we weren't notified on time so if you had hired a babysitter or made prior arrangements just so you can attend class, it is not their problem.The third issue was that the course was structured incorrectly. Our first subject was Javascript and C#, then the following month Database. I raised my concerns about this the first week of March 2022. I did not receive a direct response to this. I decided to refer the learning material to a Professional (with over 20 years experience) in this field to give an objective opinion because I was struggling to understand the information provided , neverminded the fact that their lecturers do not even refer to the study material loaded on the portal when conducting classes. I was informed that the study / learning material was downloadable for free from the internet and is 9 years old.The Principal addressed the part-time students for the second time after numerous complaints. They then admitted that this course was poorly not to mention incorrectly structured. They couldn't give a direct response to why we were using material that was downloadable for free from the internet. Their solution was to restructure the course but it is May 2022 and have waisted my time.I have cancelled my course and demanded a full refund. They refuse to acknowledge my request or are choosing to ignore it. I have now referred them to a lawyer.50K for cancelled classes and free material from the internet. I truly feel scammed.

I had a small problem (something that I could not find on the website) so I emailed them and on the same day they forward my email to the right department and I got an answer all within a few hours. Really great service and very friendly.

Aie College does not deserve even half of the star. Incompetent ppl that are selfish, my son is doing 2nd semester nd have paid R6000 but his registration is not complete cos I am forced to complete a stupid debit order form and have told them that I normally pay within 3months nd will do so even this year.They after money rather than providing service....

Despite many opportunities for AIE to improve my view of the institution they have managed to let me down trimester after trimester. After delaying my course by months due to a lack of interest in my progression - fortunately I am at the end of my qualification so that I do not have to deal with them any longer. They are quick to send emails for payment but lack any sense of urgency in assisting you when it comes to your course. Each trimester they come up with the same excuse which is that at the beginning of the trimester they are busy and apologize for the inconvenience even if it means that they have wasted months of your life due to their lack of interest in you as a student. It is simply not an excuse that you were busy as one should be trying to improve and implement systems to deal with these shortfalls but that goes to show AIE's lack of interest when it comes to delivering their service. If you are planning on registering with AIE be aware that they may delay your course duration by several months as they are simply unbothered about you as a student and only concerned about your money.
