My friend and I went to movies on 25/08/2015 and stopped in at the Stellenbosch outlet afterwards. Seeing as it was 21:45 and thinking that the restaurant would be closed, surprisingly we were greeted with a huge smile and an encouraging welcoming to come inside.Throughout our time spent there we were treated in a relaxed, calm manner; no over-powering 'hanging-over-our-table' service. . . a great ambiance experienced.And all this was created and made possible by Netsai. She has a wonderful personality, is extremely service orientated and an asset to the business concern for Col' Cacchio.Thank you Netsai, you deserve every bit of credit.

This is what I was served at Colcachio Meadowridge franchise tonight. Burnt beyond recognition!Is this the standard and quality that is acceptable to the Colcachio franchisor?Is there no quality control before the food is served to a patron? Unfortunately this is not the first time that we have received inferior quality food at this franchise, but never this bad!You have just lost a whole family's business.
