How do you want to stop illegal dumping if the skips at your site are always full and they are placed up against the fence and the back of the skip doesn't get full, and us garden service people who remove garden waste from the local community have no where to dump and get told on Saturday's that garden service guys can't use the site that it's only for residents, where do you think the garden rubble we have with us comes from?
