Thank you for a seamless emergency visit this morning with sedation and extractions for my 7 year old daughter. The whole team was awesome and supportive and made the experience positive and stress free. This is a great dental practice.

Super kid friendly - where they have a TV on the roof. But more importantly Neil knows how to give pain free injections which is priceless :) That was my experience anyhow and my kids'. So they aren't scared of going to the dentist. In fact they love going because of the movies on the ceiling. A lovely group of people working there. Thanks!

I received excellent care and service from this practice. Even being a first time patient at the practice they were able to help me with an appointment for an emergency filling very quickly. The dentist was very gentle and professional and clearly focused on my comfort levels at all times.

@drliezlkemp has thee best dentists I have ever been to. I usually have so much anxiety about going to a dentist but Dr Narges Shirzadi and Lecile du Plessis made the procure such a breeze with no pain at all. If you live in CPT I would recommend them

Very disappointed with the service I received at this practice.I wrote to them regarding my tooth that required another root canal because it was still creating challenges. The receptionist told me that I definitely need to meet their dentist before I can be referred to an endodontist at the practice. I asked her if I could send her my X-rays for the dentist to at least check if they can work on it before I go (obviously due to COVID reasons and because it was now a complicated case). She said she will do so when the dentist is free and gave me an appointment for 3rd March 2021, two days later.I followed up twice before going to the appointment and both times the receptionist said the dentist is too busy and will check the x-rays when she gets time. So I had to go down there and meet the dentist and when I told her about what happened with the receptionist, she was shocked because the receptionist had not relayed the message at all regarding the x-rays.The dentist was nice about this and did not charge me for the consultation. She said she can do a 3D scan for me to check the tooth, which any practice would do and I agreed to this. She explained the results to me and told me she will refer me to an endodontist at the practice. But 21 days later and I haven't heard anything back. Even though I thought the dentist would make an effort to ensure that I get better service, that did not happen. Their service is extremely disappointing and I would definitely not go back.I am glad I went to my original dentist who resolved the matter for me without charging anything.

First time for me. My wife has been before. They squeezed me in, as I had a badly chipped tooth. In these times it is more important than ever to have a safe environment. They are thoroughly professional, responsive and caring. Dr Narges Shirzada did a great job to give me a temporary fix and, for the first time ever, I got a WA follow up to see it was all ok. Incredible! Great relationships, built on trust, will be one of the outcomes of the new norm"!"
