Worst service. Waited 20 minutes for coffee and 10 minutes for water. Waitress was so unfriendly and rude. It wasn't even busy at the time.

Worst chips I have had in ages, rediculously high prices, tomato sauce in little sachets, they dont give the real thing, staff very busy drinking tea in seving area and making a lot of noise, would expect way better service for those prices

Delicious food we had the Ferrero Cake and OMG did it hit the spot. If you are a chocolate cake lover then this is the cake for you. The chips is shoe string fries that makes it easier to eat for the little one’s. The service was great Florence looked after us so well and was very attentive. The atmosphere is also good.

Had a friend in the hospital, so visited this shop several times. Great coffee and great food. Staff are friendly and always have a smile on their face,which is very refreshing in a hospital.They also have a shop section that sells gifts, snacks and other items. Came in useful a few times when I needed to get something on the run.

I had the greek yoghurt with muesli and fruit. The fruit was not fresh. I ordered a coffee and the milk jug was dirty on the inside. It was difficult to get the attention of the waitress.Previous experience 3 months ago, after eating the hake resulted in me having diarrhea.
