I bought those pots late last year within a week of having them,They had a stain, mind you. I have been trying to return/exchange with no luck.. I called and send couple of messages.. they keep saying someone will call you..Noone did.. If you're thinking of buying any product from them please don't

I just bought new pots at Le Morgan a month ago and the lids handles do not fit...I was very excited to have new pots but till this day I can't use them. The sales person that sold them to me has been promising delivery on the replacement till this day I am waiting. I must say I have bought multiple products at Le Morgan and this is the first time I get such experience, I am very disappointed as I like buying something new every time I finish the installments...now I think I am done.

Le Morgan pots are the worst!! Absolute 0 quality I have had to return a pan 5 times, same problem. The pots handles break very easily and they are too loose for the price they charge. I wouldn't recommend their products at all.

Le Morgan is just a huge scam. They sell products at a ridiculous amount under the pretence that their products are lifetime guarantee" only to change their tune when you need to exercise that promise.They are a dean of thieves and don't waste your money buying their products because you will be paying for nonsense

Hi Everyone,our consignment has just arrived and its awesome. Good quality, packaging is outstanding. They take pride in their products. Pots are beautiful, Utensils are top notch and guys the Air fryer is amazing, a bit heavy but value for money. I would at anytime refer a family or friends to them.Liasse with the courier companies wrt transportation. Some items are frahile and they do not care. The extra packaging does assist in the protection of the items.Thank you Le Morgan.U surely deserve 5 star, however due to the long awaited timw to receive the goods, i give u a 4.Keep it up

The pots are good quality and they are stunning, the cutlery and mats are top tier!!!all my guests rave about them and not to forget the food that comes from the pots, it's like chef 5 star vibes but wow!!!the dinner set made me so sad from day one. They were delivered broken and Le Morgan was quick in replacing the list of broken pieces. They are so weak and fragile and we hardly use them but the majority of the mugs just crack at the handle or have dents. I just drink room temperature water with them but handles just fall off. They are so low quality that even the dinner sets that I bought at China shops years ago are stronger than this. I'm really heart broken, you could have given me something that will last longer.

I have pots and blankets from le Morgan and i love everything about it their products are best !! Its been 5 years having the pots and they are still in good condition

What a bad experience with Le Morgan! I believe what they did to me were just a rip off.In April 2019, I ordered a luggage and a gift braai-stand that worth R8k. The sales consultant advised me to fill in the forms where applicable and leave the description part, which will be filled by him.Surprisingly, when the order arrived, I have received the luggage without the gift braai-stand.When called the head office and explained the situation,one of the employees stated that the matter will be considered and revert.Furthermore, I followed up and was advised that the sales consultant was supposed fill in the braai-stand as well, unfortunately the purchase order form had luggage only on the description with no gift braai-stand. Apparently, it was the sales consultant’s fault, forgot to include it. Therefore, I would not able to receive the parcel.When emphasized that It was not my fault and as a customer I was supposed to receive what I ordered and was advised that unfortunately they would not able to assist me further.As a loyal customer who pays the account monthly without fail, but receiving such unfair treatment, it is unacceptable.I am an unsatisfied customer with Le Morgan service and cannot wait to settle the account with them, would not recommend any of the consumers to experience such.Concern customerRef: 389783
