Clicks Pharmacy Wonderpark

Never gonna support Clicks... Terrible service and telephone etiquette. Bought a Safeway product which only worked for three months. Now because I threw away my receipt I can't get assistance. Are we not past the era where purchases can't be traced or am I asking for too much in 2018??

Zero complaints. Items are always in stock. Some cashiers need to brush up their customer service. The store layout has recently been changed and it adds a new feel to the store. The pharmacy is always flooded with customers. More pharmacists need to be employed there.Other than that, I'm a happy customer.

The pharmacy has poor service, no customer service.

I called before hand and asked for a product and the lady that assisted me over the phone was so helpful. She was very friendly and I appreciate that.. You rarely get that kind of service over the phone from shops.. Keep up the good work!!

There’s about 20 people in line and only 1 pharmacist. Make it make sense.

I visited the clinic for my annual bankmed health screening.I was prescribed Ferrimed iron supplements, they amounted to R355,77 which was claimed from my medical aid with no issues.I also paid for the iron screening.Imagine my surprise when I saw that clicks claimed a further R600 or so for a day I wasn’t even at the clinic.This is fraud

I called in to ask about the Covid-19 vaccination amd was told that I can be assisted as a walk in customer. 28 Oct 2021 I walked in to the store and sat for more than 2 hours and customers that have registered were prioritized. It was as if I walked to watch people get their vaccine, why not advice customers to rather book appointments and register than let them sit in the store for more 2 hours

Sorely disappointed, showed the pharmacist the pdf prescription I got from my Dr. via email. She told me given the type of medication I'm prescribed my Dr. should send them an email of the prescription (didn't understand why as in me forwarding the email it would show it came from my Dr.) I obliged but as I was about to call my Dr. she said I shouldn't because their email is problematic. She proceeded to direct me to a store in the mall where I can print out the prescription. I left with no intentions of getting the print out nor returning. How can a whole store not have an alternative email address or no printer for print outs ? I'm shocked and sorely disappointment moreso when I realised how easily it was done when I got to another pharmacy where the process was seamless, sent it via whatsapp on a number clearly depicted at the counter and it was printed out. Clicks in 2022? really pathetic, I'm never stepping foot in this clicks.

The review is about the store and not the pharmacy. I visited the new store for the first time today and was very impressed with the new stores layout and product availability. The queue to pay was long, but moving fast. Then I ended up at Ntokoza Makhubela's paypoint - what a rude, unfriendly man!!!! Its really not my fault that he is working at Clicks during the holiday season. If you can't greet or speak properly I think you are at the wrong place. Please Clicks, send this guy for some customer care training ASAP!!!!!
