I bought a laptop few days ago and the service was really good, the laptop is a second hand but it looks fresh. After i bought the laptop i had something things that i did not understand with it, a day after i went back to the shop and i told them my problem, the guy told me the problem was the system and he then fixed it for me even though he doesn't deal with the systems he did it for free of charge. I would like to recommend anyone who needs help when it comes to IT.

As far as the service goes its great however products purchased online explicitly said Original which i even double checked before ordering. When the items arrived it was fakes with dell labels stuck over them. Please buyers beware .
