I went there about two months ago, for the first time just to browse, and apparently, they have this rather ridiculous rule which is that if a customer wants to test an electrical item, for example a microwave, he or she must pay first, and then they will test. If however, the item is broken, the customer will get his or her money back. I just think that is not the way it should work.

Helpful staff are waiting to assist you and do make use of their assistance if your are looking for something specific. Goods are arranged in long narrow isles so having their assistance to guide you through the store does make a difference

Misleading advertising. Very expensive, charge new prices for old items. Pictures used on ads look new, but when you view the item it falls apart.

Their prices are crazily high. I bought there they gave me a slip when I got home the fridge worked two days. I took it back there but they refused to take it back. They told me to go to police and police wouldn't do anything to them. Very poor service and bad attitude from the owner... Poor very poor service. I don't recommend it to anyone... Be careful with them...
