Amazing garage to fill up ur fuel also to buy ur stuff from the shop nothing hectic in and out very friendly tellers

(Samba card issue) I'm not giving the garage a one start rating, because the staff have always been friendly and professional. However, they seem to have stopped accepting Samba credit cards a while ago, which is a pity since it's what drew me to the garage in the past. Any idea if it will be accepted again?

Poor service. Went there this evening to get gas, and after confirming inside by the sales person that gas was available the attendant collecting the gas bottles refused to let us drop off our gas bottles so that they could be refilled. He simply shut the gate on us and said go home". Furthermore

Yet again, I drove away empty tank because they simply ignored me at the pump. A biker at another pump did the same.

26/02/2022 20:05Just had a disappointing experience at this engen. My wife was at this garage filling up our vehicle and she called me concerned because petrol was just spewing out of the tank while the pump was still filling up. ( the petrol attendant should have been monitoring the pump). So I went there to find massive puddles of fuel all around the car.(easily 8-10 litres) With the current fuel price I was quite angry to be charged for fuel that wasn't in my vehicle. To my knowledge a pump will stop pumping (first click) when fuel in the tank reaches the pump nozzel. But upon discussion with the attendants Im told that this specific pump has had an issue that was supposed to be fixed last week. And instead of waiting for the maintenance this pump was still being used. This is disgusting behavior from fuel station management as this is not only unnecessary cost to the consumer but a serious and unnecessary safety issue/risk. I would like this issue to be addressed and an explanation from management regarding such conduct.

MEGA - Make Engen Great Again.This used to be a great Petrol station, nowadays they regularly don't have petrol (please put a sign up outside the station before people drive in!!). The air compressors don't work, the ATM is always out of order and they are always out of gas. Essentially, it's no longer a Petrol Station but rather a Disappointment Station.It's a shame as this could be the greatest Engen in the history of Engens!

Super slow staff, I had to leave just now to find another station...can't be waiting for them to decide to work faster

Slow staff, Always a Issue with Gas refills, Wont take back gas bottles 9kg with out a slip. I strongly recommend any where else for gas refills. Also staff are more concerned about having a chat than attending to your car.

Excellent service, but selection for a Woolworths food stop not up to par

I do my gas refills at the Easigas. Top notch service and didn't even need to wait long.
