Not a bad store but last time I was there they specifically told me none of the Totalsports stores in SA stock my size of shoe- which led me to go to Sandton Totalsports where I found shoes easily and the salespeople were more knowledgeable about their product

Very very poor experience. 1) Store music was wildly explicit hiphop, completely unacceptable for a retail store that may cater for kids, families and people who dont want to shop with that kind of language in the background. 2) Staff needed to be summoned to come assist and couldn't really be bothered. For some reason one guy was hanging out in the stockroom with his girlfriend (?) 3) No requirement to sanitise or supervision although the sanitiser post was present. 4) All online specials I was checking for were missing. Several products unlabelled and the clearance items badly presented.Considering the challenges in retail, there are lots more sports stores who will provide a better service.
