The service we got was very slow. They kept mixing up orders and I had to wait for them to fix it. The food was good but the service was bad. The team is really disorganised

Ice cream machine has been broken" for months. How much longer do you reckon it can take a profitable franchise to repair this problem? Or could it possibly be incompetent management that hasn't done anything about it? I'll tell you this much though
