Dear James BluntI have to apologise to you and your staff. As I found the binnoculars in the bakkie but in a different place to where I keep them. I have been trying to edit my comments on google following ther instructions. However, I can not edit and so I have reported the review as not relevant to the place of work.I humbly apologise. The binnoculars belonged to someone who passed away last year and as such I was very emotional about their loss. I'm so sorry to cause you or your business distress. I wasn't sure at first... but yes. They know how to was a car. I find myself washing here ever time so that my car can smell good and clean

Must say I was very disappointed to find out that after taking my car here to get washed on the 28th of February 2022 I discovered that my R3000 pair of ray bans had some how grown legs and are no longer in my cubby hole . Very very disappointing

The Clean is excellent, valets are first class and I have been going there for many years.Most are regulars. The owner is old and he has given up working and employed a very hard worker who does everything but he is also trying to sell and has not spent any money at allOn improvements. However the man Johann has increased business two fold and has done some painting because the place is not 100 percent in appearance as the building is damp

Very Bad service i was there for 2 hours waiting for my car just to find out after 2 hours they still have not vacuumed my car inside i drove off unwilling to wait another hour to get my car vacuumed, the place is dirty (there was a mouse running around inside the lounge), unmaintained management if clearly doing a bad job staff is working as slow as possible and the one lady that works at the pressure hose forced me and 2 costumers (while i was there) to give her a R20 tip ( unwillingly) its overall just a terrible place and would not recommend if you want a good service. ( Witch you can get cheaper at other places)

I have been using this car wash for the last 2,5 years and l am sorry to say that the attitude of the staff, that clean the inside of the cars is not good at all.Today again the vehicle inside was not done properly and when you ask them to fix their mistakes, you get tjis arrogant attitude.It may be time to find another car wash in Howick. A real pity, it used to be really good.
