Some of the best service and interaction I have ever received from a law firm. All the staff are friendly, keep you updated and are very professional. A big thank you especially to MRS Moroa Kgati who I leased with. She made unfamiliar territory so much easier to navigate !!

Unfortunately, I cannot review the legal services, because after several attempts I have not received any legal services. The administrative person who answered the phone was unsure of the attorney's schedule. At one point we requested the direct number of the attorney so that we could arrange an appointment. The attorney was contacted directly, and an undertaking was made to call us back. However, after a week we made an appointment with another law firm. (At Hill Mchardy & Herbst Attorneys, Notaries, Conveyancers we were helped quickly and professionally.) I suggest the responsible telephone operators be sent on a course, where they are taught how to answer a phone professionally and learn how to access to the lawyers' diaries, so that they can schedule appointments for clients.

This is to express my utmost gratitude for the exceptional service received for the transfer and registration of our recently purchased property,through Corlia and Charmaine, Phatshoane Henney. Went in to sign documents for our new house, they were so professional, from the reception to Cleo our attorney! Just was unbelievable service and so friendly. They made us feel welcome and they were very efficient.
