First of all, Dylan needs a raise. He is very helpful and has been with us every step of the way.Secondly the store is neat, helpful and friendly staff and the tiles are beautiful, the reason I have been coming evey time I need tiles, baths or taps.I would definitely recommend!!Well done guys!

I was fortunate to interact with Gabriel Stratford at Italtile Clearwater this month. He is an exceptional Consultant, who is willing to go the extra mile to meet the needs of his clients.While doing home renovations this year, I've engaged with Consultants at a number of Italtile branches in Gauteng. He was simply the BEST. I'd strongly recommend that he be asked to share some tips about customer service with his colleagues.

Love the overall customer experience. Thabiso was really focussed on me and my requirements, he demonstrated tht he was paying attention to me when he showed me a tile that was absolutely perfect.

I have never shopped here yet I receive spam sms's monthly.So I eventually call to complain and have my number removed.A lady takes my call, asks my number and name (which I didn'tsupply) and then hangs up on me.
