Aesthetically appealing, but lacking quality.

Bought a brand new basin solo mixer which was installed for me by a professional plumber yesterday and hot water is leaking already it cost me quite abit to install never expected a new tap made by such a reputable company to be faultyCustomer service up to standards highly appreciated and recommended

I went full of excitement to cobra factory shop. On the website it states IN STORE SHOPPING- IN STORE PICK-UP - DELIVERY. When I arrive there I had to sign in a rain wet book, the receptionist sit without a mask and told me previously people also complaint, but nothing was done to the website when I request to speak to a manager another lady came and told me a similar storyand she will try to let me see some of the taps of which she called a man who was telling me ,after the receptionist already told me that they had the same problem previously,he was trying to convince me no one has complaint before they all just turn around and left. I'm disgusted in the service rendered at the factory shop as well as the False info given on the website.

Lixil is the drlistributor of these taps. I complained about poor water pressure from 1 tap in my home while it was under warranty twice. Their technician came to look at it and said it was not their tap it was the pressure in my home both times. I finally got out a professional who figured out it was the filter on the bottom of the tap that caused this problem. Pathetic after service and poor taps. If you want problems buy ISCA.
