For the first time in a long time I finally came across Grundman construction company, a construction company that delivers on there promises. There are not many reliable construction companies out there. But the Grundman team put in the time and effort to make sure everything is done as was discussed. I just finished a extension to my house with Ty managing the contract and financial side, and Clint being hands on with the build each day. The on site crew had good workmanship and left the site cleaned up every day. All my logistical requests were handled very well and I am satisfied at the end of the job. I am now entering the 12 months defects/guarantee period and will consider updating this review in 12 months to confirm the after sales experience.

Grundman Construction
I have used Grundman Construction as our preferred construction contractor on four occasions which required upgrade and renovation work. They have consistently provided excellent workmanship, sound advice and are always responsive to 'after-sales' needs. In addition, we have benefitted from very good design advice to improve aesthetics of our projects - all of which are grounded in practical experience. Their construction teams are well managed and are always courteous.
