Been there 3 times, 1st time was great and she’s friendly. Unfortunately I once had a bit of wax stuck in my hair and the last time had to go home and wash the rest of the eyebrow tint off my one eyebrow as instructed only to see that eyebrow was noticeable shaped quite thinner than the other which I obviously wasn’t happy about.Procrastinated on whether to leave a review as “negative feedback” sucks but perhaps just small areas of improvement to ensure 100% happy returning clients.

Chantel is a gem. This was my first time using Gemini Beauty and She is friendly and I had a relaxing and amazing experience. I love my Henna Brows and I am definitely going back to try out more of the beauty services provided.

What an amazing experience. Chanel is not only professional but she is friendly, down to earth and easy to talk too. I've never felt so comfortable with someone I've just met. She puts in a lot of effort and she takes her time. She is very proud of her work and I love it. My nails and eyebrows is absolutely stunning. I'll be back soon.

Very disappointed. After paying for acrylic nails . I received two gel nails, 2 days after the broke off . It’s been 2 weeks and my nails are lifting . Very bad service . Especially paying R480 and it’s not even holding. Won’t recommend her to anyone
