As a student at this gym since February 2011, I can surely say that this is more than an MMA dojo.All people, regardless of age, level of fitness, or anything else are welcome here. Guy and Wens are just the best best people you'll ever meet! My boys started MMA in May and they absolutely LIVE for it! Guy is so good with the kids and very passionate about the sport. My kids have learnt anti bullying and self defense techniques. Their confidence, self control and concentration levels have improved greatly too. BULLDOGS FOREVER!

Great group of people, great functional/ pressure tested training. A holistic training regimen encompassing fitness, striking, submission grappling, and take downs. Guy Sensei is a humble and knowledgeable MMA instructor/coach.This is also an ideal place for kids to build confidence, learn real skills, and become essentially bully proof.This place is perfect for beginners as well.I couldn’t recommend enough.
