The most incompetent shop I've ever lived to experience. It's been over 2 months waiting for a couch that no one knows where it is, I'm the one doing follow-ups. Can't you people communicate when you won't meet a deadline. Sales service is good but what's the use if you don't have the product. Not recommended I just want my money back at this point

This store is ridiculous. It has been more that 1 and hour years and I have not received any of the stuff we picked nor are they giving us a refund.No one is even responding to us.We cant get through to anyone.All their stuff are useless

Regrettably, my experience with this establishment has been subpar. Despite purchasing furniture three months ago, I am still awaiting the arrival of my stock. To make matters worse, my attempts to communicate with the sales team have been met with silence. As a discerning consumer, I cannot justify continuing to patronize a business that fails to prioritize customer satisfaction.
