I reported an accident from one of their security vans driving into me on purpose. I reported it 3 times. No one came back to me.

My 8 ½ month pregnant wife and myself went to Stanger Hospital because she was experiencing terrible pains. At the main gate there was 5 Mafoko security guards asking us where we are going (already in a rude manner), we explained to them that my wife was experiencing pains that shows signs that she might be going into labor and that we are heading for the maternity ward. They stopped us & said no only my wife can go(which I understand because of Covid regulations) , I nicely explained to them that she is struggling to walk on her own & asked if I can just accompany her to the covid screening centre so she doesn't have to walk alone if anything should happen on the way & then I can make arrangements with hospital staff to make sure they understand the seriousness of what she is going thru. Hlengiwe L nene the security guard was so rude & told me I must go outside NOW (In a threatening manner), I told them its fine i'll go outside, can one of the guards just accompany her to the testing centre because she can't walk on her own, VERY RUDELY she replied no

We had an altercation with one of the arrogant guards at OR Tambo who got straight into my husband's face. Very unprofessional and disrespectful and we were not even in the wrong. Those guards think they are allowed to take the law in their hands and illegally lock people's wheels. Definitely not the kind of people that give their company a good reputation! This happened around 16h35 on 23 April 2021

Dropped clients at ORT. Got back into vehicle, was followed by Mofoko security guard.Told me to move.I replied I was requested by my client to wait for 1 minute, before I leave to ensure that they enter the terminal building safely.Tactical team moved in, attempted to clamp my wheel.From getting into my vehicle and being approached by 1st officer to wheel clampers moving in was less than a minute.My engine was running all the time and i was seated in the drivers seat, the whole time.It was quiet, and apart from myself, there were maybe 3 other vehicles at the entire drop off area.Rude, bombastic, unprofessional and over zealous.No Psira numbers displayed. When I asked them why they are not clearly displaying Psira numbers, tactical officer replied: We don't need Psira numbers

People are sending misleading messages to Job seeking Security Guards advising that Mafoko advertised or is intending employing 600 Guards. I almost broke my legs early morning to submit my wife's CV. Gues what.......pause!! Mafoko Gate guards said they are not informed and will take no CV's ....my Maytag...I felt like exploding.... can someone come with an explanation !!! Tog.

Their staff at Joburg Hospital are rude and there is always problems with them
