Excellent service and staff very helpful and delivery on time.

Most items fairly priced and good stock availability. Staff are friendly and eager to assist.

Small and understocked. Better off goung to another store like midas

I am a visitor and have been in middelburg for close on a month. One the 4 occasions I have been into this stor no service AT all. Today I stood foe 15 minutes and no service. On investigating to find staff 5 where talking and on phones.I apaled at the service.When I went to find manager she said I will assist you..sorry that not how it meant to be.

Three substandard products purchased.But the worst is the staff attitude _ trying their best not to assist. And in particular the guard on duty at the door yesterday single-handedly will make me turnaround and wait for Monday - even if it costs more elsewhere.I am rethinking my hardware purchasing options.

Not that impressed with their stock variety, maybe because its an express store

Everytime I go to buy something at the store, there is always a issue with the prices. At first you don't notice it. But when you are on a budget you start to check everything. The items is marked a certain price. But when they start to ring up the items they add a R5 here and a R10 there. Last weekend I saved close to R250.00 just by going and fetching the marked price on the shelf to show them again. This was the second time I spoke to the manager and showed him. He says they will correct the issue but they don't. Just check your items before you pay.

The place is ok and very clean and service is not bad but not excellent either. The staff could be more friendly and welcoming

If you need any thing for your house they will have it. Also equipment for your garden. Very helpfull.

I bought an inverter on the app during December 2022 and delivery did not happen. Understanding that it is the festive period I waited until the new year. I went into the store early January 2023 to enquire as to the hold up, and was informed they are aware and it is being attended to and they will give me feedback the same day. A week passed with no feedback and I logged a complaint at the National office, who responded they will follow up and revert. In the interim I noted on the app a new delivery date was scheduled for yesterday. 4 days have transpired again and no feedback from Builders Head Office as they promised in writing, and the 2nd scheduled delivery date again not met, and to date not a single call or feedback of any nature from Builders Express Middelburg. Any reasonable person will understand and be patient if kept informed, and if there is good reasons for a delay, even if I takes long, but in this instance I am simply being ignored since inception and after an official complaint not even a commitment from the Head Office that they will follow up and revert had any impact. As matters now stand I guess one must now simply hope that some miracle will happen and that the problem will eventually sort it self out. I am not going to use this platform to share my thoughts but will simply stick to the facts, but being highly disappointed and frustrated is an under statement.
