I am not one to write reviews but after all the problems this store has caused for me I had to. On the 2nd of August I bought a phone from this store only to find out that its faulty. I then took it back on the 4th and asked for an upgrade reversal because I was no being told stores of having to wait 7-14 working days before the phone can be brought back to me. I unfortunately need the phone for work so I couldn't afford to lose out on work. They refused to do a reversal and told them that they WILL NOT DO IT BECAUSE THEY DO NOT DO REVERSALS ( this was the shop assistant Tlale) . I then tried the manager Noreen and even the Operational Manager Liz and they still refused to do the reversal and told me I would have to pay the full handset price if I want to cancel (this was the operational manager) which is bot true as I have a 14 day window period to reverse. So they forceful made me wait for the phone to go back to repairs, so i waited. On Friday the 5th of August I got a notification to come collect the device but Noreen turned me back and said maybe it would've arrived by Monday as she hasn't gotten any communication from the repair store. Today Monday the 8th I got another message saying that I should come with my ID for collection where I was sent back once again as the device is going to get assessed once again for whatever reason that she didn't really understand and this was all done with disrespect and displayed a lack of manners and professionalism especially in the sales environment. I then contacted Vodacom where I was told what she is doing is wrong and not suppose to be done, but once Vodacom called she says she allowed me to take the phone which was a lie but she still refuses to process my Upgrade reversal. I have never experienced such poor and disgusting service like this in my life. I still don't have a phone and she still refuses to reverse my Upgrade as she us stalling until the 14 day reversal period is over. What a disgrace this store and its employees are to the Vodacom franchise. When you keep coming they end up acting busy and only assist you once everyone else is assisted even if you were first. Oh and theres racial preference in that store so if you are of the inferior race good luck you will be seen as stupid and educated. They don't even deserve the one star! Can the owner get in contact with me because when vodacom requested they get me in contact with you they refused to.

The ladies who talk about the products are very knowledgeable and helpful and are the reason for the extra star on an otherwise dismal rating. However the lady that rica's sim cards and takes payment at the back desk closest to the staff room is appaling! She was super unfriendly, didn't listen to me, and took over 30mins to Rica a sim card in a completely empty store. I had to explain things 4-5 times before she would listen, she was always disappearing and was extremely unprofessional. She also did not understand the product (I was explaining vodacom products to her at one point).

I don’t usually post reviews but I have to say Mall Of The South Vodacom have the most terrible employees I’ve ever experienced. They are rude with no energy and urgency. They don’t speak to you with a smile and treat you as if you bothering them. I’ve been going there for 2 years now because it’s the closest one to me and every time I’ve had the same experience. There are so many passionate people that would do a better job and actually appreciate the work that they do.

I had to go back to this store a total of three times to cancel contract cover to have them tell me it can only be cancelled on a specific day, which is fine but when I initially stipulated no contract cover on the contract I was still billed on it. I'm currently still being billed for something I specifically requested not to have yet I still have to wait for it to be cancelled the following month. Interesting system in place to rip of clients, just some advice check your monthly statements carefully.

Worst service I ever got in my life… the staff is completely useless and the service I got from Mathebu is completely pathetic, she had me on hold for over 5 mins and then dropped the call without resolving ma issue..

Truly disappointed. I went there to get a screen guard, the one they print out. The lady who put it on, handed me my phone and it was lifting around the speaker. I asked her if it would not lift again she took the phone back, flattened it and gave it back to me. I was a 100% sure it would lift again so I told her I would have to come back if it lifts again, I paid R300. She should have just done her job right the first time, and re did it completely instead of looking at me like my point is invalid

Worst service possible....go to the one in the Glen shopping centre opposite Dischem. They are not only more professional but have pleasant staff there and get things done quickly!
